Our booking and cancellation terms are very simple!

Deposit: $100 per person is required upon booking. This amount will be charged from your credit card. Remaining balance should be paid cash upon meeting in Istanbul. Deposit is non-refundable.

Cancellation: Your deposit is non-refundable. If you paid the full amount by credit card prior to the tour, 50% will be charged as penalty.

Refund For Unused Services: Once a service has commenced, no refund can be made for any specific tour or any other services not taken.

Changes In Programs: Circle Istanbul reserves the right to change your program without a notice as some situations are beyond our control.

Insurance: Travelers are fully responsible for arranging their own insurance. Circle Istanbul does not offer any insurance.

Health & Conduct: Travelers are expected to satisfy themselves prior to booking that they are fit and able to complete the itinerary of their chosen tour as described in the website. Any traveler with pre-existing medical conditions or illness must declare the true nature of such conditions at the time of booking, and make arrangements for the provision of any medication or other treatment which may be required during the tour. Failure to make such disclosure will constitute a breach of these booking conditions and relieve Circle Istanbul from any obligations and liability.
